CUSTOM RUG COMMISSION

1. Submit Your Design
   Upon buying a commission customers will need to submit the art file, photo, or image of the design they would like tufted via email (rugs@whereamico.com) along with their order number. 

2. Design & Refinement
   Once approved, we will adapt and refine the artwork into a tuftable design optimized for production. 

3. Mockup Approval
   A mock design is shared for customer approval before moving forward. (sizing details, colors, and any last requests may be submitted here before production)

4. Production
   After approval, we begin handcrafting your custom rug with precision and care. 

All custom commissions are final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
